Virtue Youth is a new organisation in its infancy planning to empower young people to identify and develop their full potential. Virtue Youth will do this by enhancing the lives of young people by expanding the learning opportunities available to them, pointing the way to a future full of hope and working together to create that future. The heart of our program will be the provision of outdoor pursuits, team building exercises, group work and mentorship programmes which we will provided in a safe, respectful, and celebratory atmosphere by trained staff.
Our vision is to primarily focus on a ‘preventative support network’ which will support young people through life to a point where they are independent, emotionally strong and focused

The 'VirtueYouth' programme will be split initially into three core areas of support:
Will predominantly focus on allowing the young person to gently assimilate to a level of trust with the service providers without feeling threatened or in some way negatively challenged. These activities would generally be open to all and would include orienteering, paint-balling, bike riding, team games and such like…
A group of individuals considered (following assessment) to benefit from being counselled within a group setting, offering an opportunity to explore feelings, thoughts and behaviour, either directly or indirectly, with a qualified and expert youth counsellor. Together they will explore possible coping strategies, unexpressed emotions, managing relationships, emotional strengths and many other areas to support the young person’s emotional and mental health development. It could also help them to have a better understanding of situations and support them in making decisions about their lives.
